For an international group, one of the major players in Facility Management both internationally and in France, who works for prestigious clients and provide them with multi-technical and multi-service solutions, we are looking for an :
Global FM Contracts Operations Director H/F
Location: Hauts de Seine (92) proche Puteaux, France
Team: 3 directs & 20 indirects
Budget management : 150 M€
Role : Lead one part of our 3 major units within France to ensure :
- This unit can operate successfully in France, as efficiently as possible
- Enterprise growth opportunities are maximized
- All the operations are compliant with statutory and company policies.
Responsabilities:
- Local oversight and operational support for local account leads
- Management of large and strategic projects and P&L of several major FM contrat (hard and soft)
- Financial monitoring : identify and recommend margin improvement opportunities
- Management of OPEX and CAPEX
- Ops leads support on transitions to ensure operations in-country are mobilised effectively for new accounts (as needed)
- Support key personnel matters in conjunction with People team
- Local country representation, local point of contact for clients
- Ops leads support on new business opportunities
Profil recherché
Experience and Skills:
- 10+ years in leading teams, preferably in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management.
- Trusted Strategic Advisor with the ability to deliver portfolio-wide value.
- High Value Provider with market-leading expertise.
- Influence business and people decisions through strong relationships.
- Attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Budget management over 150 M€
- Fluent in English and French
