Our customer is a French group on the stock exchange present on 4 continents, specialist in logistics systems and modular storage and handling solutions (racks, trolleys, workstations...) that equip production lines and workshops in all domains: aeronautics, automotive, agri-food, health, high-tech, retail, hospitality...

We are searching, for the German Sales Subsidiary a:

Sales Manager m/f
for online business development, sales and marketing

 

Located around 75 km from Munich (Germany). Opportunity to work in home office.
The German subsidiary is currently turn its ‘’classic’’ business model into e-commerce, with the aim to develop new businesses while reducing costs.

In this context, your operational missions are to:

  • Develop direct and indirect sales in Germany in establishing new business contacts (BtoB), and in promoting the company's e-commerce platform,
  • Loyalize the portfolio of existing customers while encouraging them to use the technological means to order online,
  • Drive marketing activities and communication to enhance the image and brand of our products,
  • Propose reorganization ways according to the new business model,
  • Provide advices to our customers and promote our lean vision.

 

Profil recherché

Profile:

  • Engineer or Business School/Marketing, you justify an experience of 5 years minimum in a similar position, preferably acquired in an industrial or technological and BtoB markets.
  • Your German and English are fluent.
  • You have a proven track record of leadership within Sales, a real sense of operational marketing and communication, you are creative, reactive, and show leadership. You have a proven commercial talent and you are as demanding with respect to yourself as you are to your collaborators about daily commitments.
